ご注文方法
● ご注文はメールフォームより承ります。
● ご注文メールの受信後、2日以内に確認メールを送信いたします。
● 確認メールには送料を含む合計価格および振込先が記載されます。
● お支払いは先払いにてお願いします。現在、Paypal、郵便振替（日本）、銀行口座振込（ベルギー）の利用が可能です。
● 振込み手数料はお客様のご負担になりますのでご了承ください。
● 確認メール送信後、10 日以内に振り込み確認ができなかった場合は、キャンセルとさせていただきますのでご了承ください。
● 通常、振り込み確認後、 2 日以内にベルギー郵便局を通して商品が発送されます。発送完了後メールにてご連絡いたします。
● お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けすることができません。Ecolocco の商品はすべて手作りであること、商品写真の色と実際の色が微妙に異なる場合があること、表記されているサイズが実物と微妙に異なる場合があることを、あらかじめご了承の上ご注文ください。
How to order
- Contact us using the mail form.
- After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail within 2 business days with the total price including shipping cost and payment information.
- Payment is made by transferring the total price to Ecolocco's Paypal account, postal serving account ( Japan) or bank account (Belgium) before shipping.
- Bank transfer fee must be paid by customer.
- In case that the payment is not confirmed after 10 days of sending the confirmation mail, we will consider the order canceled.
- All items are shipped by Belgiam postal service within 2 days of the payment confirmation. You will receive an e-mail notification letting you know when your order has been shipped.
- We only accept return or exchange of items that are dammaged during delivery. Please note that all items are handmade and may very slightly differ from the photos on the website.
